5. Letting go of what keeps pulling you down
It’s not selfish.

When you’re taken care of, you show up better for everything else. 🌱
And guess what? No one else will ever prioritize you the way you can.
The way you can manage and maintain and preserve something in you, others just can not
Be free to yourself and think of what you actually want.
Anyone gets hurt or something by your action does not really mean you have to be at guilt for doing that.
